Experience

  • Professor of Video Game Design at Butler Community College
Andover, KS, United States of America
    August 2014 - Present

Classes include Motion Capture & Virtual Reality, Game Design I & II, Interactive Scripting, Game Graphics and C++. Using Unity and C#, 3DS Max, iPiSoft for mocap (as well as FaceShift before Apple bought them), and recently Substance Designer - I take students who know very little about 3d design and show them how to build their first few video games.

  • Co-founder at Quickdraw Studios

    October 2015 - October 2017

We created bespoke video games for local companies. Formats include custom consoles, mobile, and VR.

Gnome Wars is a gnome-themed brawler for the Hopping Gnome Brewery.

Pac-Wichita is a location-based social game built to drive IRL traffic to specific areas of town. When Pokemon Go came out 2 weeks later - it was a lot easier to explain to people what our game was like!

Ballot Battle was a timed app built around an event at the Wichita Zoo. It was a location-based social app similar to Pac-Wichita.

Space Slam is a VR game developed for the HTC Vive and the Playstation VR. It is available now on Steam.
